Check out the big review today at Comic Book Resources! In Augie de Bliek's Pipeline column he says that Stylish Vittles "might just be the best $15 you'll spend this year." Augie gives a nice long look at the book, so you should check it out. A link to the review at CBR has been added at the right-------->

Augie is also giving away a free copy of SV for those who email him by next Friday. What a stand-up guy.

The Fourth Rail and Comics Worth Reading have given Stylish Vittles: I Met a Girl their recommendation from the September Previews. If you're reading this, you should check out the preview chapters under 'Comics.' Then you should order the book. You will like it. And then you will come back for seconds. Mmmmm. Tasty.

Check out the new review at Sequential Tart. I added a link to it at the right. Those Tarts know what's up.

I am sorry to say that I will not be attending the Small Press Expo (SPX) this year. I have had many people ask me about this show, since it would be the logical place for me to be. Alas, tis not to be. See, back when SPX had their deadline for registration, I didn't even know I was going to be printing my book at that point. The decision came about kind of suddenly and as soon as the files were off to the printer I started looking at cons. I could have put my name on the wait-list, but even if someone had cancelled, it would have been far too expensive for me. It's disappointing because I'll be missing out on a great opportunity to connect with the very types of people who are going to want to read my book. But on the bright side, next year (when it will be in Baltimore or something?) I'll have two books with me. Maybe three. Can you contain your excitement?

If nothing else, there should be some of my books at the CBLDF table. Go check them out. They're a swell group.
