This study is terrible- you can't extrapolate accurately from two data points, it makes no sense and is dishonest. The US is not the only religious country in the world, the UK is not the only secular one. What about France, Ireland, Germany? Or, for that matter, China, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Russia, Poland? There's an abundance of data to support an actual, rigorous study of this subject and its ludicrous to make such a claim without doing the work to back it up.
